I’ve worked across UX, content design, WordPress, communications, project management, recruiting, coaching, and community leadership. I’m a board-certified health and wellness coach, a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, a Feng Shui consultant, and a Reiki Master Teacher.
Those credentials live most fully on my coaching website. Here, they are part of a broader story about helping people understand themselves, find direction, and participate more fully in their lives and communities.
Outside and around town
On weekends, I’m often hiking, camping, kayaking, cycling, caving, or helping organize an event. I’m deeply involved in Atlanta’s gay and bisexual men’s community and in my Grant Park neighborhood. Reading, music from the Second British Invasion, movies, fitness, mindfulness, and travel also occupy a good deal of my attention.
